My Background and Approach
I use a variety of methods in my practice and tailor my approach to your needs. Some approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and strength based strategies. It is important to me to be client centered and be willing to meet my clients needs. I look each person as a whole and focus on the body, mind and spirit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves inner peace. Living life in fear hinders you from living your purpose. I believe everyone deserves the chance to be spiritually, emotionally, and mentally free. Learn to give yourself a chance and get out of your own way. There's healing for you too.
