I have specialized training in cognitive, somatic therapy, and EMDR. I utilize these modalities for healing issues related to trauma, adverse childhood experiences, attachment wounds, stress, anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief, traumatic loss, insecure relationship patterns, codependency, and abuse.
