I’ve been working with diverse clients helping them to overcome their fears and panic attacks. My approach includes tools to achieve emotional regulation and exploration of unhelpful thoughts, core beliefs, trauma, and attachment that might be related to the development of current symptoms of anxiety.
I am an EMDR clinician. My approach is compassionate as no everyone is ready to treat their traumas. I've been working with clients of different ages experiencing flashbacks, lack of concentration, feeling at edge, anger and unable to control their emotions. I had treated childhood traumas, grief, low self-esteem, and recent traumas caused by everyday life stressors.
