About My Clients

I would like to help you reflect, clear up, and heal. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions to clients located in Seattle and Washington State.
My Background and Approach
I hold a degree as a Master in Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health. I am a certified clinician in Eye Movement Desensitization therapy. I’ve been working with Adults, teens, and LGBTQA+. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals whose identity is different from mine in diverse ways as gender identity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, immigrant status, and political views. My approach is holistic and includes EMDR, CBT, guided meditation, and journaling. I advocate for my clients to practice self-love, self-care, acceptance, and gratitude. I have witnessed how the combination of these interventions creates a meaningful change in my clients’ lives. Reach out to set up an appointment to discover if we are a good fit. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My experiences as an immigrant taught me so much about my identity, intersectionalities, acceptance, and openness to individuals with different backgrounds than mine. I am aware that my experiences are unique and I cannot generalize them to other individuals but rather that share them to empower others. As a therapist, it is so relevant to me to acknowledge the differences and cultural backgrounds of my clients. In my practice, I welcome, celebrate and embrace everyone to be who they are. I am committed to educating myself and providing a trusted space of growth and respect. I consider that one size of mental health services does not fit all. I believe that each individual possesses wisdom, values, and strength. I help individuals to identify their wisdom and cultivate their strength to live the life that they want within their principles and values. I personalize treatment plans with each individual as each of us has a unique social environment, challenges, and resources.
