About My Clients
One of the specialty populations I serve is Reproductive Mental Health. This is includes; infertility issues, pregnancy support, postpartum challenges and new parenthood. All of these challenges and/or phases of life require so much support. Experiencing any of these issues is certainly not what you expected, right? The picture perfect visual is that you'll have a baby (with no problem conceiving) and happily ever after. But, it's so much more complicated than that! Get the support you deserve!
My Background and Approach
I am a highly, and expertly, trained family therapist, however I do see individuals in my practice as well. Being trained in family therapy has built upon my natural ability to be able to dissect a situation and view it as a larger picture, with smaller parts working (or not working!) together. This can be overwhelming for most to take on so much information all at once, but this strength of mine serves you, as my client. Oftentimes, my clients will say, "huh, I never thought of it that way" and that shift in mindset leads to relief and desired change. The populations I see in my practice include; reproductive mental health, adolescents, young adults transitioning, and couples wanting to strengthen their relationship.
