I enjoy helping people create a life of authenticity, self-compassion, self-care, and personal growth. I use a combination of talk therapy and skills to help you live your best life. I have training in DBT and am a Certified Grief Specialist.
Self-growth books and podcasts are incredibly important to me, both personally and professionally. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with these resources so that I can grow my best self as an individual and a psychologist.
