My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelors of Psychology from North Carolina State University in 2015, and my Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2020. I have a passion for Social Justice, and advocating for all people. I have a background in non-profit and Community Mental Health work. For the past 2 years, I have gained a new found passion for working with clients who struggle with C-PTSD and have been trained in EMDR and became a registered Yoga Teacher. With a compassionate heart and experience, I'm here to provide you with a safe space to explore and heal your past, process your emotions, and discover the strength within you to overcome any obstacles. My holistic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as: EMDR, DBT, parts work, yoga therapy, and somatic interventions.
