About My Clients
I'm open to a variety of client populations and issues. I like to work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Perhaps they need guidance on a particular issue, such as a change in their environment or family dynamics, or need to make peace in a relationship. No matter the reason, I'm willing to help. I understand transitions can be difficult and I'm here to guide them to a place of strength, so they can feel empowered to achieve success in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I'm naturally compassionate, empathetic, and patient, which is why becoming a therapist was a logical fit for me. I am passionate in my desire to help you achieve your goals. I provide a judgment-free space for you to explore any personal issues that are causing you distress. Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, to take that first step toward healing. I invite you on this journey to collaborate with me on the steps we can take together to work through your feelings and concerns.
