About My Clients
Have you felt burned out lately? Or maybe you feel wounded spiritually? These are two of my specialties in therapy. Being human can be complex at times. Whether those complexities come from work, family, school, or maybe even an excess of thoughts, those difficulties are valid. Many times we aren't able to talk to those in our lives about those things getting us down. I want to pull up a chair with you and help as much as I can. I specialize in men's issues, burnout, and spiritual trauma.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative. I believe my clients have the answers to their questions and I am here to help them find those answers. In therapy you will be able to explore and process life's most difficult struggles while also learning strategies to cope with those struggles. I offer evening appointments as well as Saturdays.
