Welcome to EH Psychotherapy. We offer offer a safe and compassionate space to support you in your journey with navigating family/intergenerational trauma including growing up in a conflict filled household, coping with a family member with mental symptoms or personality disorder, processing childhood traumas, challenges establishing boundaries with self and others.
My Background and Approach
Elaina Hernandez, LCSW Uses a sincere approach to treatment in a safe environment that is conducive to your path to betterment. I practice from an inclusive, anti-oppressive and trauma informed lens. Providing individual therapy to adults with over a decade of experience, my specialty areas include trauma, anxiety, and various life transitions. Andrea Juarez, LCSW-A Is a passionate and bilingual (English/Spanish)therapist. She is dedicated to destigmatizing mental health. Her trauma-informed and feminist multicultural therapy approach, combined with techniques like EMDR, mindfulness, and CBT/ACT, aims to empower individuals through life's challenges. Carmen Melendez, LCSW-A Is compassionate in her approach. She specializes in trauma, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and more. Offering traditional talk therapy in Spanish, her approach is open and eclectic, incorporating Mindfulness, ACT, and CBT. Empowerment-focused, she helps clients envision and embrace a more authentic self.

We practice from an inclusive, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens. We believe a therapeutic relationship requires honesty and trust at its foundation. Our goal, in this relationship, is to provide a safe space, highlighting your strengths and choices that will help you throughout your journey. We welcome feedback so that you are an integral part during this therapeutic relationship. It is our understanding that the person who knows you best - is you. While we work together we will work with you in a sincere and non-judgmental manner.
