About My Clients
Maybe you are struggling right now feeling stuck, lonely, fearful, uninspired, tense, overwhelmed or out of sorts. On the outside it looks like you have it all together but inside it's chaotic or frozen or feels empty. Maybe you have struggled for a long time or maybe this just started. My Background and Approach
Difficult childhoods, life threatening experiences, mounting life demands all have a lasting impact on us. I am here to help you reconnect to what matters to you regardless of what has gotten in the way. I utilize mind-body tools to help move you towards the future you want. I have 10 years experience as a social worker. I have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and have completed the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute's level I training . I have studied Stephen Porges' work on the Polyvagal Theory and the latest neuroscience. My approach is curious, collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I believe that as humans we all have a right to BE. To be ourselves. To find comfort and ease. To be connected. To be playful. To be safe and welcome. As a social worker, I advocate for fair systems and policies, for appropriate representation and equitable treatment of all people.
