I work with children, individuals, couples, and families. I take a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and I'm a behaviorist at heart. I believe the clients are the experts with their circumstances and experiences, my job is to walk side by side to achieve their vision of success for the future.
My Background and Approach
Unanticipated loss, relationships, life transitions, dealing with challenging child behaviors and awareness blocks can present physical and emotional circumstances that challenge us to make choices and or be accepting of the different paths our life may take. Together, we can process these events/ circumstances and plan for an encouraging future where you can experience happiness and change. I am optimistic and passionate about individuals living their best life from a place of strength and joy. This can take determination and often requires resiliency. My passion is to support others having success in reaching their vision of success. I’ve worked in mental health and social services for the past 16 years. I work with individuals, families, children, and couples. I value a collaborative approach, safe & supportive with a tailored counseling approach to fit your individual needs and wellness goals.
