About My Clients
My passion and experience includes working with adults (from their early 20’s to late 60’s), individually, in relationships/couples, and with their families. I have extensive experience working with bilingual (Spanish - English) and bicultural (Hispanic / Latinx) clients. A lot of my experience has also included working with bi/multicultural couples and families in which members may identity all along the sexual orientation and gender identity spectrums.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I am always curious to explore the connections between clients’ multiple intersecting identities, family histories, and various environments. Whether we work individually, in the context of your relationship(s), or in the context of your family, our work will explore how race, culture, gender, and class—amongst many other factors—impact your present. My clinical approach is trauma informed and draws on a variety of theories and frameworks: Family Therapy / Ackerman Relational Approach, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). At this point, I am only working with adult clients (18 years of age or older) who are currently residing in the state of Florida

As a therapist, I am firmly committed to co-creating a space that is anti-racist, supportive of the LGBTQIA+ and disabled communities, and a place where anyone can feel welcome, seen, heard, and valued. In our work together, I will honor your identities and accompany you on your journey(s) toward wholeness.
