About My Clients
Together we work on goals, such as greater self compassion, reprocessing and coping better with trauma, gaining a greater sense of life's goals and purpose , improving relationships, overall greater self awareness, and improving sleep.
My Background and Approach
I use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR to help clients. I treat trauma and PTSD. Over my twelve years as a practicing therapist, I have seen improvement in my clients in a wide range of areas. Clients have seen improvements in their anxiety, self esteem, depression, social issues, phobias, lack of a sense of life direction, more. Through teaching skills such as noticing and being with sensations, feelings, and thoughts, clients are able to notice the patterns that get us stuck.
