My Background and Approach
My mission is to provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to work through current struggles to restore or improve your emotional and psychological well-being. We do this together and sometimes it’s therapy, and/or medications that can help, with relief after the first visit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist, a Medical Director, and ER Attending that offers simple practical evidence-based treatments and sometimes just a safe space to talk because not everything needs a label.
