About My Clients
My clients may describe themselves as sensitive, caring, people pleasing or perfectionist. They might be experiencing conflict in family, parenting, work, or romantic relationships. They feel overwhelmed and anxious. They are looking for personal growth, insight, and healing so that they can show up more authentically in their relationships.
My Background and Approach
I have a whole person, non-pathologizing and compassionate approach to working with clients. I believe we should all be free to be who we are, yet we might live in a world that makes it difficult to do that. In order to get our needs met, we have to learn to tune in to ourselves and know what those needs are. Working in therapy towards increased self-awareness and acceptance as well as more helpful communication can lead to more meaningful connections in our life.
