My Background and Approach
The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. I have dozens of them. My goal for you is to have at least five different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. So no matter where you go, you'll always have access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief. I am direct and solution-focused. We'll address what's going on in your brain when you feel anxious and how to get in touch with different parts of your brain to find relief. We'll discuss what happens to your body when fear takes over so you can learn how to quickly calm down.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is a very personal and individualistic experience. Just because it is personal; doesn't mean you have to do it alone. We become a team that works to build a better you.
