About My Clients
I work with those who are feeling stuck or unmotivated, have had chronic or acute issues with anxiety or depression, and those that are on a journey to becoming their most authentic self and would like to live their most fulfilling life.
My Background and Approach
I provide a safe space for you to fully explore your authentic self, while working in collaboration with you to achieve your goals for therapy in order for you to live your best and most fulfilling life. My personal identities and life experiences have led me down the path to helping others in a way that is empathic and understanding. I will help you feel empowered, yet fully supported. I have a strong desire to help and heal others, and I will work with you to find and utilize your strengths.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a part of the LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, and poly/ENM communities. I have volunteered for a suicide prevention hotline as well as volunteered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). I believe in access to mental healthcare for everyone and eliminating stigma for both mental health issues and mental health treatment. I have volunteered as a mentor for trans and non-binary folx. I have given numerous public presentations regarding the social construction of gender, and its contributions to sexism, transphobia, and queer/homophobia.
