About My Clients
[I am a Resilience Lab therapist.] If you are feeling stuck, isolated, confused, lonely, overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted, therapy can help. My Background and Approach
We will try a variety of tools and modalities to help you make the changes you want to see in your life. We might investigate patterns you'd like to change, address thoughts that are not serving you, and use mindfulness and breathing techniques. I get it if you've been reading profile after profile in search of a therapist who seems like they will understand you and help you. I know it can be difficult to make a decision about who to trust so I offer a free consultation so we can assess if our partnership feels like a good fit.
