About My Clients
Being a person of color who is part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community can feel isolating and lonely. Many individuals who hold these intersectional identities also have experiences of trauma, and this combined can make connection – with yourself, with others, with creativity & purposeful work extremely hard. Existing in this intersection, and feeling as though your values feel misaligned with capitalist, patriarchal is not easy – and finding a therapist that understands your experience is even harder.
My Background and Approach
We work together to co-create a collaborative healing space where you can become aware of patterns, sit with & move through difficult emotions, approach relationships with vulnerability, compassion and boundaries. My goal is to provide an empowered space for you to meet your past and present selves so that you can live out your truest and most authentic path forward. My style is conversational, informal and grounded in anti-racism. I center harm reduction, attachment and non-judgement in all of my work.
