I specialize in teens and young adults who suffer from anxiety. I also focus on parents who need guidance managing their kids' behaviors and emotional state. As a person who has first-hand experienced anxiety, I know exactly what it feels like, more or less. Being a parent myself, I understand how lonely the parenting road can feel.
