About My Clients
I approach all of my work from a holistic lens that treats the individual and systems that they are apart of. I specialize in trauma work, couples therapy, eating disorders, and attachment-based trauma and relational issues. I believe that everyone can heal from their old wounds, develop self-compassion, and self-love by breaking down their old patterns and integrating new skills into their life.
My Background and Approach
I believe that all have the ability to heal. If you are struggling with negative thought patterns, dysfunctional relationships, disordered eating, ADHD, or any other trauma-based pain, you may feel called to overcome these issues by facing their root causes. Usually, there are mental/relational patterns that have become so deeply rooted that we are no longer consciously aware of them. By simply understanding these patterns and integrating new skills to replace them, they lose their power and healing naturally occurs. Therapy provides a safe haven for you to learn how to trust your inner voice and find a deeper and more peaceful sense of self. I use the following modalities and tailor each treatment to the client: IFS/parts-work, psychodynamic, CBT, interpersonal psychotherapy, Emotion Focused Couples therapy, and mindfulness. I will be offering Ketamine Assisted Therapy and EMDR soon as well.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value creating a safe space where patients feel secure and heard. I also strongly value equal access to care and am offering large discounted rates for those who cannot afford my going rate. I am dedicated to giving back to the community and providing services at a price that people can afford.
