My Background and Approach
Here's a little about me and my experience working with others. I've been a social worker since 2002 and I have had the opportunity to work in many settings with diverse populations which include child welfare, mental health, behavioral health, school social work, medical social work, adult/juvenile justice systems, and managed care. I'm experienced in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, adjustment disorders, behavioral/anger issues, child welfare issues, and interpersonal difficulties. I use an eclectic approach which is include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and supportive techniques. Let's work together!
