About My Clients
As a mental health practitioner, I often work with men who are navigating various life challenges. My clientele primarily comprises individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship or intimacy issues. These are men from all walks of life who may feel overwhelmed by their emotions, trapped in negative thought patterns, or struggle with interpersonal connections.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in and taken clinical leadership roles in behavioral residential treatment, State Child Protection, Behavioral Health managed care, and psychotherapy office settings. I enjoy implementing structured and integrated modalities and shift to an individuals needs, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Solution focused Brief Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy modalities in my practice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Some clients face challenges with intimacy, perhaps finding it difficult to establish or maintain close relationships, or dealing with fears and insecurities that prevent them from fully engaging in their relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where these men can explore their feelings, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and work towards building fulfilling, emotionally balanced lives.
