I believe that each individual is on their own unique path. I offer hope, validation, and acknowledgment of the hard work it takes to overcome life’s challenges. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, grief/loss, boundary setting, life transition, relationship and family concerns, traumatic experiences, seeking life purpose, self-care, burnout, chronic illness coping, and career concerns. When you walk into my office or log in to our meeting, I'll provide authenticity, openness, and support in a safe place. I'll provide hope, validation, and acknowledgment of your hard work. My style is warm and empathetic, with a sense of humor that can help reduce anxiety while creating a safe place to be open and honest. I will work collaboratively with you as you navigate your path toward relief or understanding so you can find your true purpose.

I believe we have all weathered the storms in our lives. We all have resiliency we often don't recognize, especially in these storms. Often, we develop mental health concerns because attributes like resiliency, strength, and belief in one's self is concealed to us due to environment, perspective, and learned behavior. We simply need to push aside what is no longer serving us and let our own uniqueness shine. My personal journey has had many storms involving grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression but also the determination to weather the storm. I enjoy exploring uniqueness therefore I welcome and honor differences such as culture, religion, race, and sexual orientation. I make it point to support communities such as LGBTQIA+ and the Black Lives Matter movement while remaining mindful of my own biases as I work to confront them and continue to educate myself to improve inclusivity.
