I take a holistic approach to therapy and work with adults on anxiety, communication, relationships, life changes/transitions, career struggles, substance use, and more. Clients who work best with me are ready to actively engage in their sessions and open to making changes in their life.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is to help my clients build tools that they can use long-term to help manage their daily lives. I strive to create a non-judgmental, open, and caring approach to my practice. I want my clients to feel heard and valued when they are with me in session. I also am authentically myself when we are in session, I do not believe in the "therapist as a blank screen" approach to therapy. I cannot give you all the answers, but I can walk with you and help guide you on your journey.
