About My Clients
You feel completely overwhelmed and so stuck, and you have no idea where to start but you know you want to feel better than this. You're exhausted, - physically, emotionally and mentally - from constantly walking on eggshells in relationships. You sometimes fear you're beyond repair and you're worried about being judged or shamed. I hear you.
My Background and Approach
It can be a really difficult decision to start therapy. You want to feel understood and like you’re getting somewhere, and you really don’t want to be judged. I would love to hear your story and help you sort things out. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Beehive Counseling & Wellness. I use CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to work with people from every gender, orientation, and identity. I especially love my work with young adults who are experiencing transitions of every kind.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to create a safe space for you to process your trauma at your own pace, validate your emotions and build confidence in yourself and your abilities. I have a special affinity for holding space for those with marginalized identities, particularly LGBTQIA+ folx.
