With mindful attentiveness and by gently confronting threats to emotional health, my goal is to support your journey to cathartic healing. My use of techniques drawn from an array of professional proclivities creates a safe relationship that nourishes innate strengths, shifts perspectives, and activates enhanced access to resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The times in this life that are most challenging are often the thresholds of greatest personal evolution. I am interested in learning about what causes you pain, just as much as I am interested in what makes you happiest and full of joy. Your strengths and ability to feel + heal are equally important as your beautiful darkness, fears, and confusion.
