About My Clients

I provide individual therapy for adults, and the majority of my clients identify (or are formally diagnosed) as Autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD. Common concerns include anxiety, social/work challenges, depression, learning to manage sensory overstimulation, preventing/recovering from burnout, masking/unmasking, self-understanding, self-acceptance, difficulty with task initiation and focus, and processing feelings about late diagnosis. My clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm Central.

My Background and Approach

My approach is affirming, accepting, and supporting. I generally use a person-centered framework with some elements of CBT. Adjustments are made to meet the unique needs of each person. I focus on self-acceptance, symptom improvement, and sustained behavior change. Successful therapy involves work outside of scheduled meetings, and we will collaborate on developing steps for you to take, activities to try, and ideas to ponder.
