About My Clients
My passion lies in helping individuals from all walks of life to work towards becoming an improved version of yourself. Whether that’s work related to trauma, substance use, anxiety or just everyday stressors, let’s find ways to overcome whatever it is that you’re having difficulties with.
My Background and Approach
I have had the privilege of working with individuals in a variety of settings including inpatient, residential, outpatient and community mental health. I am a current doctoral student pursuing a Doctor of Social Work, with a concentration in advanced clinical practice. I am E.M.D.R. trained and find joy in helping others find relief from the negative beliefs that can often hold us back.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change and growth are possibilities for everyone. It may be difficult to see, and even more difficult to make the first step, but the possibility remains. Yes, sometimes therapy can be awkward, it can be scary and it can be uncomfortable, but I aim to provide a welcoming, non-judgemetal space, and a safe experience in which you and I can work towards your personal goals.
