About My Clients
My clients often present with anxiety and difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up at their desired time. I have had great success using Cognitive Behavioral Treatment (CBT-I) to treat insomnia in as little as 4-5 sessions. I enjoy helping people to change their sleeping patterns and challenges.
My Background and Approach
My training is primarily in evidence-based treatments to overcome anxiety, OCD, and insomnia. I primarily use the skill-based strategies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I take a person-centered approach that tailors each treatment specifically to the client I am working with, in a way that feels most helpful for them. If you choose to work together, we will build a customized treatment plan and approach during our first few sessions together and work collaboratively throughout your treatment.
