My approach with clients is collaborative, I see myself as your supporter in your healing journey. Using a Cognitive Behavioral approach, Gottman Couples Therapy Method and EMDR, I draw from all to support your needs and helping you reach your goals.

I believe that change is possible if one desires it. Using your strengths to help support meeting what you need to improve in the areas you desire. My role is one of guide and support not the decision maker. My hope is that through the process you are able to find the answers you seek.
