My Background and Approach
I'm a LCSW practicing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have over 10 years of experience working alongside individuals, couples, and groups guiding them towards identifying and working through patterns in their lives. In my practice, I work with adults (18+) and address a wide range of diverse issues. My specialties and interests include the following: helping people with managing mental health with medical cannabis, transitioning to adulthood, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, addiction, difficulty determining career/academic goals, painful life transitions, and more… Prior to establishing a private practice, I received my Master’s degree in Social Service from Bryn Mawr College in 2008. Since graduating, I have also worked for many years in various settings and agencies providing mental health services in Philadelphia, Austin, and Los Angeles. I’ve also previously lived and worked in NYC and Boston.
