About My Clients

Eating disorders leave us feeling out of control, insecure, and unfulfilled. You may be fed up with constant restriction, over eating, or both; or you may feel disconnected and self-conscious about your body; . You might not even remember a time when it didn’t feel this way. But, you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to heal your relationship with food, feel better in your own skin and, most of all, you’re ready to feel empowered and confident to take control of your life!

How I Can Help You

Clients come to me looking for a therapist who treats the whole person, not just the eating disorder. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe and comfortable to get to the root of your problem, not just the symptoms. Sessions with me are comfortable and interactive. Together, we increase mindfulness of the root cause of the eating disorder, assess your personal values and goals, and help you find fulfillment in the life you want to live. And we always go at your pace. As an experienced eating disorder therapist, I believe that everyone has the inner wisdom they need to heal. I can help you access it. You don’t have to continue living with the eating disorder, and you don’t have to do it alone. Call me today for a free consultation. I can’t wait to hear from you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
