About My Clients

Your relationship with food and your body has taken over your life, and you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and alone. You may be fed up with disordered eating, tired of feeling disconnected from yourself and your relationships, or just don't want to hate your body anymore. You might not even remember a time things didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to leave the eating disorder behind .

How I Can Help You

Clients come to me looking for a therapist who treats the whole person, not just the eating disorder. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe and comfortable to get to the root of your problem, not just the symptoms. Sessions with me are comfortable and interactive. Together, we increase mindfulness of the root cause of the eating disorder, assess your personal values and goals, and help you find fulfillment in the life you want to live. And we always go at your pace. As an experienced eating disorder and trauma therapist, I believe that you have the capacity to heal. My job is to help you access it. You don’t have to continue feeling out of control, isolated, and overwhelmed, and you don’t have to recover alone. Visit my website for a free 15 minute consultation. I can’t wait to hear from you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a weight neutral, anti-diet therapist and align with Health At Every Size. I believe in a weight neutral approach to recovery, and know that people in ALL bodies can struggle with eating disorders and disordered eating.
