About My Clients
Welcome. I help individuals improve their relationships struggles including abandonment, divorce, grief or loss, family conflict, childhood trauma, family of origin issues, or parental estrangement. I also work with teen girls. Together, we can work to transform complex emotions, understand the meaning in your struggles, and find a path to move forward.
My Background and Approach
My approach is heavily influenced by psychodynamic therapy and is trauma informed which helps to address deeper rooted issues for the long term.
