About My Clients
Please note that I am not paneled with any insurance plans in my private practice. I encourage you to find out what your out-of-network benefits are as many insurance plans will reimburse the client for out-of-network services once a deductible has been met.
My Background and Approach
I am particularly interested in and knowledgable about existentialism so if you're having "who am I?" or "what is the meaning of my human life?" questions, I think we might get along! I believe that therapy is a meaning-making quest and my intention is to partner with clients to untangle the rubber band ball of their histories, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to find meaningful answers to move forward. I bring curiosity, inquisitiveness, energy, and humor into my therapy sessions and I am active, engaged, and present with my clients.
