About My Clients
You are stressed, frustrated, unhappy with your life and stuck in a torturous relationship with yourself that causes you to overthink everything and deprive yourself of love and care that you are craving....which leads to you struggling in silence and feeling like nothing will ever change. You have tried everything hoping to feel better, hoping that you can get through these emotional hurdles alone, but it seems almost impossible, and it only leads to you open up painful past words and hurting.
My Background and Approach
In my sessions, I incorporate strengths based and trauma informed practices to help you build you resiliency and recognize and expand on your internal strengths. With my background and training in creative arts and drama therapy therapy, we can work in a variety of ways to get to the heart of your internal conflicts and help you move beyond them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
While all the other kids in my third grade class were dreaming of being astronauts, I was creating my first, fictional therapy practice. Since then, I’ve been building my path as a therapist. No matter my role, one question has remained in my mind: how can we use our passions and strengths to move ourselves towards healing? This is what I work with my clients to discover.
