My Background and Approach
I've been working in the field of Maternal Mental Health for five years. I've working in neonatal intensive care units and women's hospitals. I've been trained in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International. I've also been trained by the Association of Reproductive Medicine in Infertility Counseling. I've have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves quality mental health services. I am passionate about maternal mental health and infertility.
