About My Clients
I have specialized training in working with substance use disorders, domestic and sexual assault, trauma, and PTSD. I use an individual approach to choosing modalities. I often employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Narrative Therapy is one modality that I work with consistently. Through Narrative therapy, people can identify an alternative story of their lives, widens people’ views of self.
