About My Clients
Have you struggled with racing thoughts, sweating, or felt lonely? Anxiety and depression can be overwhelming. I am here to help. My ideal client is someone who is open to having an honest internal exploration to learn more about themselves and the patterns keeping them stuck from living in the present moment.
My Background and Approach
With six years of experience supporting diverse members of the community, including women, children, teenagers, young adults, and adults, I have developed a special focus on women of color, single mothers, children separated from their families, and first-generation youth aiming to redefine their family dynamics. My treatment approach is rooted in fostering relationships and collaboration, recognizing that healing often occurs within the embrace of community. I meet individuals wherever they may be on their journey. My goal in working with clients is to establish a secure environment where they feel empowered to confront uncomfortable emotions, triggers, or memories that may impede their ability to experience joy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation Latina, my identity deeply influences my work and passions. I'm committed to collaborating with the community to diminish intergenerational trauma and support families and individuals in cultivating healthier, more fulfilling connections. As a new mother, I've experienced firsthand the complexities of postpartum depression and anxiety. This motivates me to extend my support to other mothers navigating similar challenges, offering them a compassionate presence during their transition to motherhood. I firmly believe that by delving into our inner work, we can initiate healing across generations. While the journey of treatment may pose difficulties, I have faith that within a supportive community, we can collectively find wellness.
