About My Clients
I collaborate with clients to devise goals and objectives that address mental health symptoms, life challenges, traumatic experiences, and self-efficacy. Ultimately, I assist clients with pragmatic, person-centered solutions that meet the clients where they are. I believe by joining and assisting clients with the maintenance of their mental health, I am helping them develop salient life skills that will help them manage life transitions and maintain a positive self-image.
My Background and Approach
I strive to create a welcoming, empathetic relationship that promotes understanding, respect, and solutions to life issues. Most of my clients struggle with mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. I offer an empathetic, safe and non judgmental space by listening and taking your fears and issues seriously. My diverse client base offers inclusivity and personalized journeys for each client. By creating positive mental health we will build a more benevolent society.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs are rooted in empowering and encouraging clients to pursue goals and objectives that improve their life and desired outcomes. My focus delves into person-centered solutions that align with the clients’ belief systems, moral compass, and life experiences. I am passionate about social justice issues that affect people of color, the LGBTQIA+ community, and women in our society. I believe that to succeed socially, a client’s basic needs and self-esteem must be respected and maintained.
