My experience ranges from generalized anxiety, PTSD (sexual trauma, domestic violence, attachment trauma), major depression, gender, self-harm, substance use & disassociated disorders. I utilize an anti-oppressive framework. I affirm all binary & non-binary individuals, genders, races, ethnicities, spiritual orientations, sexualities, and intimate relationship frameworks.
My clients are adults (18+) looking to initiate, adjust to, or navigate major life transitions. My clients are both looking to process their experiences and be validated in them while also being willing to learn and implement various skills to help move life in a better direction. I support clients going through breakups, changes in family and/or friendships, loss of a loved one, job and/or school changes, moving to a new city, or a change in health diagnoses.
I work primarily in individual therapy with LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, folks in the kink and non-monogamous/polyamorous communities, disabled folks, and sex workers. I offer relationship therapy as well (couples, polycules, and relationship transitions).
My practice mainly consists of young professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are navigating careers, and balancing family, friends, and the increased challenges of daily life. I work with individuals who are struggling with grief and loss from the Global Pandemic. I have successfully provided treatment for individuals who have had adverse childhood experiences which can manifest in adulthood as depression, anxiety, ptsd, or having trouble setting goals for the future.
If you prefer virtual care from a psychologist, my practice might be right for you. Clients appreciate having a non-judgmental place to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences. Clients want to arrive at new understandings so that they are able to have healthier experiences in the future.

Welcome! I specialize in working with Gay Men and LGBTQ+ Adults. I also specialize in anxiety, worry and panic. If you have been looking for an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who understands the issues unique to our community, please feel free to reach out. Over the years I have had great rapport with my LGBTQ+ clients.
I often see driven professionals in high-pressure environments. Many of my clients are men, trying therapy for the first time or continuing work they've already started. Clients generally come to see me to work through stress, anxiety (especially social anxiety), depression, life transitions and trauma. I'm also thoroughly trained and passionate about working with the broader LGBTQ+ population.
My ideal clients are motivated and committed adults who have experienced childhood abuse, trauma, challenging relationships, depression, and anxiety and it still affects their lives; which is now known as Complex PTSD. CPTSD is often a result of insecure attachment with parents or caregivers during childhood which also manifests as CODEPENDENCY and LOVE ADDICTION. I offer tools to manage stress and daily challenges. I provide INDIVIDUAL therapy only (NO COUPLES OR FAMILY).
My clients seek a highly skilled and trained elite expert in this, and are willing to self pay to get that expertise. I help those with sexual misbehaviors change thinking and create better outcomes. 27 years of specialist experience and training have me bring high level insights and skills that non specialists do not have, all to help clients to create lasting change, faster improvements towards self management of this disorder, an improved mood, reduced risk. www.sexuallycompulsive.com

My goal is to help you create the life you want in a welcoming environment where you can safely explore what's pushing you forward, and what's holding you back. Spirituality is an important part of what makes you uniquely YOU. Ever wonder if this world - and your life in it - make any sense at all? Well that's a spiritual question. Your spirituality is a part of your story, and your story is important.
Are you struggling with anxiety or existential angst after a major life change? Have you recently graduated, moved to a new city, or been diagnosed with a health condition and feel groundless, stuck, or lost? Are you struggling to form deep connections due to confusion and low confidence about your identity and purpose? Well, you have come to the right place! I am a compassionate and genuine therapist that focuses on helping my clients with increasing insight, self-understanding, and meaning.
Too often we can feel our lives are slipping away from ourselves. We can get stuck repeating behaviors that feel natural but that result in the same old painful outcomes: dating the same type of partner, getting into the same arguments, struggling in the same way to feel a connection, feeling the same anxiety or ambient-sadness. I work with patients to understand and decalcify these patterns as well as the deep systems of meaning that sustain them.
Are you struggling with worries, frustrations, and anxiety? Are you noticing it's hard to get clear on who you are or what you want? Are you experiencing challenges in your relationships with friends, coworkers, or romantic partners? I'm here to help you explore these concerns and more. I have special experience with folks in the LGBTQ+ community, and also with youth and young adults. In addition, I support couples and relationships, and people across different identities.
I primarily work with college students and young adults, particularly those living with depression, anxiety, or ongoing life transitions. If you’re like one of my clients, you might be experiencing work or academic challenges, feeling stuck in an unfulfilling relationship, coming to terms with your sexuality, or learning to set boundaries with your family.

Do you often feel minimized and not heard? Do you put your own needs on the back burner? Are you still struggling with things you "should have gotten over by now"? Do you find yourself feeling "stuck", or making the same mistake over and over? I can help. In our work together, I can offer support and reflection, as we work together to break old patterns and build new ways to live. You have the power to navigate your life, and we are endlessly capable of growth and change.
The population and particular groups that I am interested in working with are adult men and women. My practice focuses on people who have issues with mental health issues such as, anxiety, depression, relationship issues (family, friends, co-workers) as well as substance use problems. When working with me in therapy, people can expect someone who is supportive and will provide guidance for their issues.
