About My Clients
You’re a Giver—someone who pours into others but often feels drained yourself. Whether you’re battling sleepless nights, overwhelming anxiety, or the weight of past traumas, you long for peace, energy, and balance. Together, we’ll create space for you to focus on yourself, embrace your strengths, and find renewed motivation. My approach helps you tackle challenges holistically so you can thrive in your personal and professional life.
My Background and Approach
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping creatives, healthcare professionals, and empaths—the Givers—reclaim their balance and well-being. My two-phase approach begins with improving sleep health using Behavioral Sleep Medicine techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Once sleep is restored, we dive into the deeper work of emotional renewal, addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma through Brainspotting, Dance/Movement Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. As a licensed therapist and Brainspotting practitioner, I understand the unique challenges of being someone who gives so much to others. I create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your emotions, reconnect with your body, and rediscover your motivation. My holistic approach helps you align your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, empowering you to show up fully for yourself and those who matter most to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that true healing starts with honoring your unique story and listening to your mind and body. As someone who has always been drawn to creativity and connection, I’m passionate about helping others discover their inner resilience and strength. My approach is rooted in compassion, balance, and the belief that even small, intentional changes can lead to big transformations. Personally, I find joy and grounding in movement—whether it's dance, yoga, or ice skating. These activities remind me of the power of being present and connected to our bodies. I’m also passionate about the importance of sleep, not just for its health benefits but for how it fuels our creativity, focus, and ability to show up for others. When I’m not working, you might find me watching hockey, exploring new ideas in behavioral sleep medicine, or spending time with family and friends. I believe in the balance of work and play, and I love supporting others in finding their own path to fulfillment.
