My Background and Approach
I specialize in Trauma, and understand just how much that beast can impact your life in many ways. I am trained in brain-based interventions such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Biofeedback, and Neurofeedback. My expertise extends to addressing concerns unique to BDSM/Kink dynamics, Consensual Non-Monogamous and Poly Relationships, and the Sexual and Gender Minority (LGBTQIA+) community, and Sex workers. I have substantial experience dealing with religious trauma, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, attachment trauma, and a range of issues related to sexual and gender identity. I am a no bullshit therapist, direct, intensive, interactive, and compassionate. Together we will dive deep into your past, and uncover, and reprocess the wounds that keep you stuck, worried, or afraid, and prevents you from truly reaching your full potential to live your life on your terms.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a no bullshit therapist, I don't accept excuses, I don't care how you were raised, unlearn that shit. I believe that no human is worth less than others, and that your value is not derived from what others tell you, rather how you love yourself, which is hard as fuck. I am a therapist who also goes against what society thinks, here in my practice, I believe that in order to be affirming, you cannot pick and choose who you will affirm. In this practice I believe that every body is beautiful and worthy of love, no human is illegal, men should not be making rules about women's rights, that sex work is work, Trans and Gender Diverse/LGBTQ People deserve to be protected, and that Open-Relationships/Poly are valid. I believe your sobriety is your own, and that harm reeducation saves lives. Veterans deserve quality care, and Neuro-spicy people belong just as much as neurotypical people!
