About My Clients
My clients are multifaceted individuals seeking support and understanding during life's most challenging times. Many are women, queer and gender expansive people, and people of color healing from traumatic events or oppressive systems related to their identities. Others are navigating relationships, health concerns, identity journeys, or big life transitions. Their backgrounds and stories reflect the beautifully diverse spectrum of human experiences.
My Background and Approach
I am a University of Pennsylvania graduate with over 17 years of experience as a therapist. I blend compassion and clinical expertise to help clients heal from trauma. Evidence-based therapies including CBT, EMDR, and ego state techniques provide pathways to process pain and integrate fragmented parts of self. Outside of my private practice, I serve as Executive Director of an LGBTQ-affirming counseling center, Therapy Center of Philadelphia. I have also served on the Continuing Education Committee of the Pennsylvania Society for Clinical Social Work. By blending my professional expertise with my personal roles as a mother, wife, and pet parent, I provide compassionate, feminist-informed care to my clients.

I specialize in helping clients heal from diverse traumas related to identity, health, grief, and violence. As an anti-racist, gender-affirming, queer-affirming therapist, I build relationships grounded in trust, respect, and celebration of your unique identity. Your experiences are embraced as part of the diverse tapestry of life. Together we will navigate the journey toward wellness with empathy as our guide.
