My Background and Approach
She takes nonjudgmental, empowering, and compassionate therapeutic approaches to guide healing journeys. She is trained in CBT, DBT, and Gottman Couples counseling (Level 2). Seol received Masters Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and Ph.D in Communication from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
