If you are stuck in the cycle of thought spinning, Self-doubt, lacking confidence, spending time going down the rabbit hole of comparing yourself to everyone else around you, and not knowing how to move past these habits, let's talk. You are here because you know what’s NOT working and you want help on the “how-to’s” to step forward toward where you want to be.
My Background and Approach
I believe in creating a space that provides structure, focus, and accountability. I am a collaborator, motivator, and solution-focused. Encouraging without pressuring and fairly directive. I believe that you are the expert about you and I am the expert on how to help you become reacquainted with yourself and see yourself as capable, competent, and empowered. My job is to help you get out of your own way. To present roadblocks and blind spots. I ask the powerful questions but you identify your own answers – my goal is to teach you how to learn to coach yourself as you move your life forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You are your biggest long-term commitment. Feeling anxious and not too courageous around the change you are facing? Change, no matter how eager we are to create it, is connected to fear. And fear and anxiety are kissing cousins. That being said you may feel less than courageous. Courage is not the absence of fear, courage is the mastery of fear. If you are here reading this, you are one step closer to where you want to be.
