My Background and Approach
My name is Elisabeth, Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota. I have over 30 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and groups in various therapeutic settings. At Embrace Your Truth Counseling Services, LLC the goal is to provide a culturally competent, safe, and confidential space. My passion has always been to support those who are in need economically, socially, and/or mentally.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Embrace Your Truth Counseling Services, LLC practices from a client-centered and holistic approach. We utilize a variety of techniques, including talk therapy. Areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, life transitions, death, dying, grief, loss, family conflict, imposter syndrome and low self-esteem.
