My Background and Approach
My hope is that we work together to help you find your unique inner wisdom, trust in self, and develop profound self-compassion. I spent the past decade utilizing a holistic approach working within systems- with adults, families and children- struggling to move forward from homelessness, loss, adjustment, substance use, trauma.
