About My Clients
My clients are passionate about what they believe in and care about their health, environment and ethical well-being of of all who are sentient. They are goal-oriented and are becoming better every day in accomplishing their endeavors amongst loved ones who don't yet understand their desires and passions. They are often in a tug-of-war between what they want and what society or their loved ones says they "should" want. Together, we'll work to overcome obstacles the path to a healthier state.
My Background and Approach
I've worked most of my career providing therapy to teens who have been deemed as delinquent in society. I have provided them and their families with therapy to change their story and give themselves a chance to learn a different way of being in this world. I come with acceptance for where they are and help build hope for where they want to be. Lots of my work has been coaching and mentoring them, their parents and their families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. When I was growing up, I was a bit of a goodie two shoes and I thought that transitioning to being vegan in 2015 would have been along that path of doing what I felt was the right thing to do. Nonetheless, it was then, that I experienced what it felt like to be a deviant, much like my clients who went against the grain of society. I had to learn how to show the same compassion to myself. I couldn't be happier using my platform, education and experience here with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in living my most authentic life and want to inspire others to do the same. I believe in compassion for all sentient beings. I believe in SMART goal-setting. I believe that there is an abundance of love, happiness and prosperity for those who truly believe in it and live their lives with intention.
