I believe that unresolved experiences from our past can affect who we are and how we feel about the world today. My Background and Approach
I am currently a master's student level intern attending Walden University to become a clinical mental health counselor. I describe myself as a client-centered, mindfulness-based counselor. Through creating a safe, trusting, and empathetic relationship with my clients, I am able to provide counseling to reach a positive place of wellness in your life. It is my belief that humans are equipped with inner strength, allowing us to work through difficulties in our lives if we choose to make changes.
